How to create a Spar Gear drawing using CAD
At first you know how many trams are design a spar gear :1. Module (M) =PCD/NT
2. Number of Teeth (NT)= PCD/M
3. Pitch Circle Dia (PCD) = M x NT
4. Addendum (ADD) = M
5. Dedendum (DED)=1.125M
6. Outside Dia (OD) PCD+2ADD
7. Root Dai (RD)= PCD-2DED
8. Clearance Circle (CK)= .125M
9. Circular Pitch(CP) = Pai X PCD/NT
10. Tooth Thickness (TT) =CP/2
11. Hole Depth (HD) = ADD+DED
12. Working Depth (WD) = 2ADD
13. Pressure Angle = 20 Deg
14. Base Circle Dia =?
Say you draw a spar gear . when you draw a spar gear you must know 2 condition/trams. say you know module of gear and number of teeth say module : 10mm, Number of teeth : 18
Calculate your all trams of gear using given formula.
1. Module (M) =10mm
2. Number of Teeth (NT)= PCD/M=18
3. Pitch Circle Dia (PCD) = M x NT=180mm
4. Addendum (ADD) = M=10mm
5. Dedendum (DED)=1.125M =11.25mm
6. Outside Dia (OD) PCD+2ADD =200mm
7. Root Dai (RD)= PCD-2DED = 158.5mm
8. Clearance Circle (CK)= .125M= 1.25mm
9. Circular Pitch(CP) = Pai X PCD/NT = 31.41mm
10. Tooth Thickness (TT) =CP/2 =15.75mm
11. Hole Depth (HD) = ADD+DED =21.25mm
12. Working Depth (WD) = 2ADD =20mm
13. Pressure Angle = 20 Deg
